We’re a local crew, not a call center. When you book with Halden Heating and Air Marietta, the person who shows up lives here, works here, and has probably fixed an AC on a street just like yours this week. Our team has been keeping Marietta homes comfortable since 2004, and we operate under The Relay Standard, which means every job gets a written price before work starts and a written guarantee on every repair. No exceptions, no fine print, no “depends on the tech.”
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Marcus T., Lead Service Technician
Marcus has been turning wrenches on residential HVAC systems in Cobb County for 14 years, the last six of them with us. He’s certified on Carrier, Trane, and Lennox equipment, and he’s the guy we send when a heat pump misbehaves in ways that don’t show up on a diagnostic readout. Marcus keeps a small notepad in his truck and writes down the exact pressures and temperatures from every call, so when a repair fails within the guarantee window, he knows precisely what happened. He spends his weekends fishing at Lake Allatoona and swears the bass bite better when the humidity drops.
Elena R., Senior Installer
Elena leads our AC installation team and has handled over 600 full system replacements across Marietta, Smyrna, and Kennesaw. She specializes in Goodman and Rheem systems and is particular about duct sealing and static pressure, which is the unglamorous work that determines whether a new unit actually hits its efficiency numbers. Before HVAC, Elena worked as a cabinetmaker, and it shows in her panel work and line sets, which come out straight enough to frame. She’s been with Halden since 2019 and is the person we trust to train apprentices on the right way to do a job the first time.
Darnell W., Service Coordinator
Darnell is the voice on the phone at 3 a.m. when your furnace quits in February and you need a real person, not a voicemail tree. He’s been dispatching HVAC calls in the Atlanta metro for nine years and knows Marietta’s neighborhoods well enough to route a tech around a Friday afternoon traffic snarl on Barrett Parkway. Darnell tracks every job from booking to completion and sends you the live arrival time so you know exactly when your tech is coming. His rule is simple: if a customer has to call twice about the same problem, he treats it as a failure and schedules the free return visit himself.
Jay P., Apprentice Technician
Jay joined us in 2023 after finishing his HVAC coursework and is currently working toward his full certification under Marcus and Elena. He grew up in Marietta and graduated from Marietta High School, so he knows the difference between fixing a unit in a 1950s ranch near the Square and a 1990s build off Powder Springs Road. Jay handles filter changes, coil cleanings, and diagnostic support on repair calls, and he’s learned our written guarantee standards from day one. He’s the kid who asks a lot of questions, and that’s exactly what we want at this stage.
One Standard, Every Job
Every person on this team follows the same rules whether they’re changing a capacitor or installing a full system. We hand you a written price before any work begins, on every job, without exception. Every repair includes a written guarantee, and if it fails inside the coverage window, we come back at no charge. That’s not a perk. It’s how we’ve operated since 2004, and Andre Fuller, our owner, enforces it the same way on a $9 capacitor replacement as on a $12,000 heat pump install. The Relay Visibility Guarantee gives you the ability to book online, get a live arrival time, and track your tech to the door, so there’s no guessing about who’s coming or when. We’re an independently owned and operated part of the Relay Home Co. network, which means we answer for our work locally, in Marietta, where our customers live.
